4* Nice upgrade from xfx hd4850
Reviewed by Christopher on 14/03/2014
I'm on the budget right now and this is best card for £69. It's a nice jump from my 3 years old recently dead xfx hd4850 512mb card. Picture and description is misleading there are two DVI ports (FX-777A-ZDF): 1x Dual-Link DVI & 1x Single-Link DVI. Also display port is full size not mini. Card bus is backward compatible with PCIe 2.0 which my motherboard have. Idle temperature run below 40°C with quiet fans runs at just 30% speed. My all system runs cooler and quieter now :) I had some problems with drivers but finally manage to run card stable using latest AMD Catalyst 13.12 drivers. Most games have nice ~60FPS on my 1680x1050 monitor resolution with highest graphic details. Overall is a good affordable card for occasional gamer like me.
