5* Superb Router
Reviewed by Niki on 19/04/2013
The Netgear doesn't particularly look like an expensive piece of kit, but it's quiet sedate looks are more at home in your lounge.
I upgraded from the WNDR3700, which was a very good router. In every respect the R6300 is better. The router establishes basic settings, lets you know everything is OK, then lets you loose on the internet! You have a choice of a simple basic interface or more advanced. You may also notice how fast the interface is compared to a router that is just a few years old. Everything is built in to the router, so there is no need to install anything unless you want to. It just replaced the WNDR3700 without hassle or issue. Excellent!
