At first I thought it was broken but it turns out you just need to hammer on the keys; they're not very sensitive at all.

If it weren't for the fact that it's such a great form factor for my needs I would probably not want to use it, basically because the resistance in the buttons feel like a design-flaw (you almost need to use the same force as with a mechanical typewriter (but thankfully the throw on the keys is a lot lot shorter than a mechanical keyboard).

Due to it having the form factor I need I'm persevering with it & although it does take some getting used to (not just because you really do need to hammer the keys, but because the keys really are quite small and very close together (and there's only one shift key)) as I am getting used to it, it is getting easier to use.

If I had to type on this keyboard very extensively and not just now and again I'm not sure how I'd feel about using it. I think I could probably get used to it but the keys feel needlessly stiff.
