This is a neat NAS, the second Buffalo I've had.
Good value or money but WHY does one have to get to the point of throwing it out of the window before making it work !!

Dire: The manual is dreadful unless you are a highly experienced techie.
Excellent: the buffalo technical support line. If it wasn't for them this box would have been out of the window
Poor: the NAS Navigator software

Overall, a great NAS when you've gone through the pain barrier of getting it to work as you want it, despite a dire manual and poor software.
