Bought this for my mum as she required larger buttons on the phone. Excellent reception, easy to set up and use, and superfast delivery.
5* Excellent phone duo

Bought these for my mother who has a digital hearing aid so wanted one that worked with these without the usual buzzing when using....These fit the bill perfectly. Crystal clear reception even when used outside from base unit.
Nice and easy to set-up with phonebook, ringtones etc etc.
Nice large numbers but perhaps not for visually impaired as the buttons are not as huge as some corded phones....
Nice touch is the volume control at the side which allows adjustment while held at the ear for instant checking.
I have bought several brands over the years, but have always found BT to be amoung the best.
Mum loves it and thats what matters.......
4* additional handsets unavailable

The phones are pretty complex to set up (my wife and I are 82) Arranging for 2 of us to listen simultaneously is too difficult, but, worst of all, trying to purchase additional hand-sets from BT proved infuriatingly impossible - three times, they simply sent another answering machine. I gave up and got my money back.
3* BT Freestyle 750 Triple Cordless Phones

I am disappointed with this model after having the Freestyle 65 model. It is important that I have an inductive coupler on all the phones for my cochlear implants. These do not or are of poor quality that when switched to the T setting it is a continual buzz. To use on normal hearing settings is difficult to hear sometimes dependant how clear the speaker is. I feel let down this this model. May be if BT had a seperate section purely for hard of hearing with models that are compatable.

why does this product not come with user guide and instructions in the package...ridiculous
2* Not what was expected

I have been very disappointed with this model, the up & down buttons for the phonebook are in the wrong position and are in line with the hand hold.

Both phones have a bad crackle in use and this is not the line which has been thoroughly checked with 2 other handsets.

Contact with the Phone shop by e.mail which claims to answer all queries within 12 hours have now failed any response other than acknowledgement, after 56 hours.

I could not recommend this model, disappointed with both the set and BT response.
1* Not so good

I am afraid this has been a terrible buy for us. i bought it as it seemed to suggest that it would be good for visually impaired people. I bought it for my elderly mother who spends a lot of the time on the phone. It is imposible for someone with any visual difficulty because it has very complicated visual commands for set up and operation. It is far too complicated for a home phone.
My mother has had every member of the family and several neighbours in to try to show her how to use it properly without success! By accident she keeps changing the settings so sometimes she cannot hear it ringing. A phone that needs 66 pages of set up instructions is really not suitable as a home phone and deffinitely not one that should be marketed in the BT Easy to Use category. I am still looking for a simple large number phone if any has any ideas I would love to hear it!
