5* Fast wireless broadband and significantly improved wifi connectivity

Easy set up either by WPS or by inputting the wireless key. The 5GHZ signal has significantly improved the connectivity of the iPad and iPhone 5 as I suspect the neighbours are using 2.4ghz WIFI routers. Tested the dual band dongle and is giving me 36mbps speeds on tests (On up 38 mbps Sky fibre)which is 1 mbps less than my Ethernet connection. Nevertheless is excellent. Compliments my single band sky hub 2.0 which for some reason sky don't use dual band WIFI hubs? One word of warning, don't place the BT Dual-Band WIFI base station next to your existing router as may interfere with the wireless connection. Mine sits on a shelf above the Sky Hub and works fine.

1* Not compatible with Mac :(

No where on the literature does it state this is for PC's only. It doesn't work with Mac, I find out after I receive the product. So I've now got the hassle of returning the damn thing. Not happy.
1* Dissapointed

I initially bought this to get my laptop dual-band and therefore more reliable outside the house. It didn't seem to do much for my laptop but it did interfere with the normal Wi-Fi to my PC so I switched it off. I later found that the Hub & this base station cannot be close to each other (even though connected by a cable and the instructions don't say so). I separated the two by about 60cm and tried again - the PC now works as does the laptop as long as I'm not too far away (defeats the object!). The range is not good so I tried it with a Wi-Fi Extender 600 and they won't even connect to each other.
