About the BT Halo

Make and receive all your mobile and landline calls from your BT Halo

The inclusion of Bluetooth technology means that you can avoid mobile signal dropouts as you walk around the house, all from the comfort of your BT Halo.

The BT Halo’s Bluetooth functionality means you can connect your mobile to your Halo base unit from up to 10m away. So long as your mobile is in a spot with good mobile coverage you can then wander freely around your home using your Halo handset to make and receive mobile calls, even in areas where you don’t have mobile coverage.

Suffer from nuisance calls?

Block up to 100% of nuisance calls!*

With the amazing multi-award winning trueCall technology built-in, the BT Halo can intercept callers not on your contact list to put you in control of who you speak to. You can block international calls and up to 1,000 numbers.

BT’s Premium call blocking solution screens incoming calls so you’ll never have to speak to another cold caller again.

  • Numbers on your contact list get straight through
  • Numbers you’ve previously blocked will never get through
  • For anyone else, they’ll have to say their name before getting to speak to you, you can then decide to accept or decline their call.

Call blocking can be done in a number of ways:

Block by number

BT Halo blocks calls you want to block. For example, mobile, international, withheld, unavailable or payphone numbers can all be blocked.

Block by call type

Plus you can even block numbers by location (i.e. Use the area code or a suffix).

Do not disturb

For those times when you just want some peace and quiet, switch on Do Not Disturb so that your phone won’t ring or light up.
