Good Value

Easy set up with no need to read manual. Auto detects 10/100/1000 speeds so you can mix old and new devices with no problems. Seems fast on my win98se network but there isn't a dramatic increase in speed in day to day use. Better when moving large data files. Box gets quite warm and has external power supply. Unit is compact and light but can be screwed down.
Cheap for a 16 port switch.
