Like large buttons and backlit display,but not so keen on position of buttons on side of handset,keep catching them when I grip h/set(right handed) otherwise a good allround item.

very bad hiss on speaking and listening ,sold as for hard of hearing but totaly useless for hard of hearing,when volume tured up hiss gets worse ,should not be sold as hard of hearing phone DONT BUY IT !!!!!!!!!

hisss on phone when speaking listening

i tired two sets of these phones and can not hear correctly there is a sidetone hissss when speaking and a hisss when trying to listen to calls- my old handset freestlye 2100 were good for hearing this model is very bad how they can sell a handset that one can not hear with is , bad, all people who have used the phone can hear the side tone hisss.it not just me.
