I bought this telephone for an elderly relative. It has a very nice big keyboard and is easy to use. The major problem is the volume which cannot be adjusted high enough for a hard of hearing person. When on hands free speaker the maximum volume is 5, but needs to be about 10 to be really useful to the elderly. I have an old Diverse 5210 which is excellent in volume for the elderly when on speaker. Wish it was still available as I would get that for my relative in preference.
