I use this Baby Mon itor for help in looking after my elderly mother. She can call me if she needs help getting out of bed or is feeling poorly. I can also tell instantly if she has had a fall. It gives both of us comfort that we are connected and can talk to each other even if we are in separate rooms. First Class piece of equipment.

The design and colours fit well in the nursery and very light and easy to transport with the carry bag provided. I think this is a must have quality baby monitor which you can always trust.

This is an amazing product, we previously had the BT 150 for our first baby, when we had our second baby we found the newer version online at it looks great and still easy to use. It comes with a small carry bag so when your visiting friends and family it is easy to pack.

The voice quality is crystal clear; I think this is the best baby monitor around at the moment.

Just wondering if anyone has experienced the problems we have with their monitor. I think it is great and agree with what everyone has said about it. Easy to use,great sound etc. however have bought two now as the first handset went funny,letting out lots of beeping which couldn't be stopped. Now my second is doing the same??? Wondering if it just us being unlucky or if there is something we can do? Like I said,I love it otherwise but my son is only 15months so this could work out very expensive if I need to buy a new one again!

This product us great when it works. Highly unreliable unit though. I have had 2 replacement units from BT and the 3rd one has just failed. First failed after 5 months and 2 units failed after 3 months. This is not what you expect from BT. Come on BT sort this out - or rather your supplier.

I agree with all of the above comments regarding this monitor. Unfortunately after a couple of months the monitor developed a persistent fault which has rendered the unit useless. I have contacted BT on 2 occasions to report this issue but I have yet to receive a reply from anybody.

Bought to replace old BT baby monitor which had served well for about 8 years. I have a son who is a nocturnal epileptic so needs to be monitored at night (His life may depend on it.)
The volume on maximum is so low that it can just be heard in my silent bedroom but is absolutely useless if watching TV or if there is any other noise, so have to have unit directly infront of me so I can watch the lights.
Contacted help desk and advised to reset unit but this made no difference what so ever, contacted them again and was told there was nothing they could do.
