 |  | Support in your home - Book an appointment with one of our engineers, for help in the comfort of your home. Our friendly engineers can set up a new wireless network for you, install a new operating system or even help you making the most of your home entertainment system. We have a range of packages:

| Evening & weekends If you're too busy in the day, we can visit you outside of working hours. We can visit you after 6pm on weekdays or on Saturdays between 8am and 6pm for a small additional charge of £17.02. |
BT line required. We will attempt to deal with any PC related issue, but cannot guarantee resolution.

†1£88.09 visit charge applies and based on service taking up to 1 hour. Additional time charged per 30 mins (whole or part) rate depending on time of appointment. If 3 days after the visit your broadband download speed is not improved by at least 0.5Mb we will refund the charge for the visit to your subsequent BT phone bill. Minimum computer specifications and BT line required. Excludes Channel Islands, Isle of Wight/Man and Islands of Scotland. Terms and conditions apply.
††A Home IT Visit gives you 60 minutes of engineer time (or 90 minutes for a Computer set-up visit), which in our experience should be enough to complete the task at hand. Should the engineer require any extra time to complete the job, or perform any additional work you request, this will be charged at £29.36 per additional half hour.
