Collect+

Welcome to a new and more convenient way to return items back to us. With Collect+ it's simple, just choose your nearest Collect+ point, print a label and pop it into your local store. Our courier will them collect it from the store and return the item back to us.
Please remember your RMA is only valid for 14 days so please return the item your local Collect+ store within 5 working days to make sure we receive this back in time.
When packaging your item, please make sure you include all original packaging, the item(s) are suitability packed for transits and the returns address and RMA are clearly labelled.
