In Brief

• In the unlikely event that a product develops a fault, we will usually issue an "RMA" or returns number and arrange for the goods to be collected. [To read about arranging a return, click the "return goods or cancel an order" link at the top of the page.]
• Once we have made the arrangement to collect the product, unfortunately the courier pick up can't be cancelled or reversed.
• If you decide that you don't want the product to be collected any more, simply tell the courier driver that you don't have anything to return.
