How can I track my parcel during transit?

- In brief:
- When we ship your order will send you an email explaining that your order has been despatched, which courier we have used and the consignment number.
- The email also tells you when you are likely to receive the order.
- You can track your order online by contacting the courier directly - see below
Once we've told you that your order is on its way and which courier we've used, you can track the parcel as below. Most couriers have a sophisticated online tracking system. However please remember that what you see on the carrier's tracking system will be slightly behind where the consignment really is.
Unfortunately, orders shipped using Royal Mail cannot be tracked.
