Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm dispatch. 

If you have not received this email and you'd like to check the status of your order, then please log in to your BT Shop account by clicking the 'My Account' link at the top of the screen. Once logged in, please select the 'visit orders and returns' option and use the drop down menu to find the specific order in question.

When you have found the order, the status should show as 'completed' if the order has been dispatched. If this is not the case, then the appropriate status for your order will show instead. Should you have any questions about your order status, please contact us using our online Chat Service - you'll find a link to the right of this article.

Please note: If your order has not been dispatched because stock is not available, then the order status will show this. If you need your order in a hurry and don't wish to wait, then you may wish to amend your order to an in-stock item to enable swift dispatch.
