To part ship an order, you need to log into your account. You can do this by clicking this link or by using the link on the top of the website. Once logged in choose the 'view orders & returns' option. Use the drop down menu to help you find the relevant order, then click the 'view order' button. The details of your order will be shown. If goods can be part shipped you will see an icon in the "part dispatch" column. Simply click the icon and that part of the order will be released. It's not possible to change a delivery address once an order has been part shipped.
If you can't wait for 72 hours to pass, and need some of the goods sooner, you can cancel the part of the order which is not in stock and place a new order for those products. You will be charged a delivery charge on the second order.
